Some of The Best Marinas of Miami

Miami, Florida’s largest city is home to several excellent marinas for those who bring their boats for a stay in the community.

The City of Miami maintains three marinas which make slips available to the public. The largest of these the The Dinner Key Marina located at Latitude 25.43.9 N / Longitude 80.14.3 W Located at Statute Mile 1095 on the Atlantic ICW, 2.5 Miles SW of the Powell/ Rickenbacker Causeway Bridge is the largest Marina in Florida. Built as a facility for Pan American flying boats this is now a 582 slip Marina.

Transient, seasonal and liveaboard boaters are welcome at Dinner Key. Amenities offered include 30, 50 and 100 amp electrical service, internet access, laundry, pump out and 24 hour security. U.S. Customs clearance is available for foreign visitors.

Miamarina at Bayside is located in the Bayside marketplace development which contains 100 shops and restaurants. It’s right next door to the American Airlines Arena and within walking distance of South Beach. Miamarina also hosts the Miami International Boat Show every year. Only 130 slips are available here. Services available are similar to those at Dinner Key. Geographic location: Latitude 25.47.0 N / Longitude 80.11.0 W Located at Statute Mile 1090 on the Atlantic ICW at Marker 53, Just South of the Port of Miami Causeway / Dodge Island Bridge.

The Marine Stadium Marina offers 300 slips and one of Florida’s large full service dry boat storage facilities. Amenities available onsite include a ship’s store, a sea food restaurant, pre splash fueling, fueling, a service and repair facility, boat washing, work and wash racks. Twenty four security is available. Long term and short term customers are welcome. One great thing about the Marine Stadium Marina is that is within walking distance of the beach. US Customs Clearance isn’t available at this facility.

Geographic location: Latitude 25.39.1 N / Longitude 80.09.1 W Located at Statute Mile 1092 on the Atlantic ICW, .5 Mile East of the Powell/Rickenbacker Causeway Bridge (north side).

The Powerhouse Marina located at 13255 Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami is a full service marina serving the Miami Dade area. For boaters the Powerhouse Marina is located on the Arch Creek Canal just west of the Haulover Beach Inlet.

This is the place to go if you need to get your Florida boat repaired or serviced in Miami. Complete service for powerboats is offered at this family owned facility by a competent professional staff.
