This is without a doubt one of the finest line of deck boats ever built. Chaparral has always been known for quality, innovative design, and luxury. Those things are not always evident in a deck boat. This is an exception.
Here are a few things you will find:
Tons of storage.
Ice cooler is stored under the starboard gunnel.
Standing platform on the bow tip with fold down ladder.
Marine Head in the mini head opposite the helm. Plenty of room for stowage too.
Fresh water reservoir with pump to the Wet Bar or transom shower .
Large engine compartment is located under the rear seat, rather than under a padded platform. This allows seating all the way back to the transom, making a huge cockpit.
The double battery system... With two batteries, you can use one or the other or both at the same time. It's worry free.
You also get non skid decks, stereo, forward and aft boarding ladder, third entry port side mid-ship, room for 14, integrated ski tow ring, extended platform, bimini top, extended swim platform, docking lights and much more.
Playtime starts aft with the big extended swim platform. The platform adds a stylish profile to the boat and the longer running surface provides better performance and handling. Wet storage lockers with drains are built in to the transom. There is a fresh water shower on the transom also.
The L shaped lounge aft will quickly become a favorite tanning spot. L shaped seating in the aft cockpit will hold 6 comfortably. There is a cooler tucked under the gunnel to starboard and a wet bar with storage below, to port. A table mounts on a pedestal in the aft seating area.
The U-shaped bow area seats five easily, or allows two tanners to stretch out. Drink holders and speakers are port and starboard and there is a bow ladder with gated entry. There are handrails in the right spots and the bow seating has stowage below. Canvas and upholstery is in very good condition.
The insole ski locker can hold most toys, it is in the deck in the U of the comfortable bow seating.
The head is far more than you expect on a bow-rider. It is actually a full size, useable, if not pleasant, place. Marine head, room for storage and room to change, the real deal. More storage under seats and helm.
Power is by Volvo Penta, 5.0 Litre GXi, 260 HP with SX drive, Plenty of life left in the small V-8. Power and economy in one.
Chaparral puts a lot of quality into every boat they build. Things like strong backing plates on hardware and nice electrical systems cost a little more up front, but pay big dividends down the road.
This is one of the nicer bow-riders around. Chaparral puts a lot of their larger boat ideas into place on the 233. You will be comfortable while having a good time.
The owner is ready to make a deal so bring offers. This boat is in Fort Myers and ready to go. Just add fuel, friends, family and let the fun begin. A trailer is available, but not included.
