Vessel Walkthrough
FAX IT is a 2 stateroom 3 head 62 pilothouse motor yacht built by Queenship. She was purchased by the present owner in 2000 with only 40 hours use on her.From the cockpit you enter the salon through two air operated sliding doors. The full beam Salon is massive and rivals the space found on a 100 motor yacht. It is truly the focal point of the boat. The forward bulkhead which separates the salon from the pilothouse has built in cabinetry with loads of storage. To starboard is the entertainment center with pop-up 32 LCD Samsung T.V. and built in storage cabinetry. A large sofa with recliner and ottoman is to port and a matching sofa and glass top coffee table are in the center facing aft.Moving forward and up three steps is the Pilothouse and Galley area. The pilothouse can be accessed from port and starboard wing doors. The galley is aft in the pilothouse and features a refrigerator/freezer convection microwave 4-burner stove and dishwasher. To port is a raised L-shaped dinette.Moving forward and down to the cabin area you will come to a mid-level landing. Forward is the Guest Cabin with centerline queen-size bed and ensuite head. Moving aft and down three steps is the full beam Master Stateroom with centerline queen bed and an ensuite head with large shower stall to port.The spacious Day Head is located on the landing level and also has a large stall shower.The Flybridge can be accessed from port and starboard stairways from the forward side decks. There is also a ladder aft leading to the cockpit. The flybridge has L-shaped seating port and starboard aft of the helm. Davit and dinghy storage is behind the seating and the flybridgeis protected by a Bimini top coming forward off the radar arch.The Aft Deck has a transom door to the built-in swim platform. There is another davit and chocks for a tender on the swim platform.The Engine Room is accessed through a hatch in the aft deck floor. There is an equipment room fully aft and the engine room is located forward beneath the salon.
