Remarks Yacht YESTERDAY is an extremely comfortable and practical cruising and entertaining vessel. Her current owner purchased her in Maryland and personally captained her down the ICW to her present home of Palm Beach. Along the way she stopped at the fabled Atlantic Yacht Basin (AYB) in Chesapeake VA for several weeks of precautionary maintenance work. AYB is known Worldwide for its knowledge and craftsmanship regarding wooden boats. There she was spent several weeks alongside the Sequoia (and released each night into the water to allow her wood bottom to properly swell). Records for work performed at AYB are available. Shes been lovingly maintained and hauled each year for bottom painting. This year (Sept 2011) she was hauled bottom painted and serviced at Rybovich. Records for work performed at Rybovich are also available.Yacht YESTERDAY is truly a classic. At 10-12 knots (12-15 mph) or 1300- 1500 rpm her 871 engines are comfortingly quiet and literally purr. Her owner states "She's a pure joy to drive". Also he has offered to be available on a gratis basis to help buyer understand and maintain her. Exclusions While every effort was made to list all pertinent included equipment aboard YESTERDAY there are some personal belongings aboard. Prospective purchasers should assume any item not specifically mentioned herein will not convey at closing.
