Introduction
The Novatec 55' Millennium Cockpit Motor Yacht was designed and built by Nova Marine Industries in Taiwan. She is a high quality yacht which offers the excellent craftsmanship and sea keeping ability demanded by todays modern yachtsman. She has a spacious interior with a three stateroom two head layout that is beautifully decorated with many recent upgrades. Her exterior has a large fully enclosed flybridge a very roomy sundeck and a large aft cockpit with transom door to the swim platform. The side decks are wide and offer safe easy line handling. LO KEE has always been well maintained with an open checkbook by her knowledgeable owner and it shows. Her engine room is one of the cleanest I have been in and all service on her dependable Cummins diesel engines and other onboard machinery is up to date. She is fully equipped (see full specs) and has much to offer her new owners. Detailed Vessel Walkthrough
LO KEE offers a very comfortable layout that is sure to please. Starting forward the VIP stateroom with centerline queen bed has abundant storage. Moving aft to starboard is the guest/crew quarters with over and under berths with vanity and large hanging locker. Across to port is the guest head with a large stall shower. Aft and up a few stairs is the spacious well appointed salon with entertainment center and comfortable seating. The gourmet galley is located on this level to port and aft. To starboard are the electrical panel and a companionway with a few stairs down to the luxurious Master stateroom with ensuite head and shower. Access to the cockpit is offered from the Master stateroom. Moving aft and up a few stairs from the salon is the enclosed air conditioned and heated aft deck that offers wonderful dining and a wet bar as well as a spacious area to relax in comfort while taking in the views. The large aft cockpit is accessed down a few stairs from the aft deck. The fully enclosed air conditioned and heated bridge deck is the center of command for the Captain as well as an excellent area to lounge and pass time while cruising with family and friends.
Main Salon
The comfortable and spacious well appointed salon has much to offer. To port is an L-shaped sofa with abundant storage and an icemaker/cabinet. The custom Hi-Lo Cherry coffee table has fold-out leaves that will let it double as a dining table. To starboard are two comfortable chairs that are separated by a fashionable wood computer desk with printer and storage space. The entertainment center featuring a color TV Bose surround sound audio system CD player and DVD is located starboard.
